How does Castle Antiques ship purchases to you?
Castle uses a carriers that they have worked with for years. The companies we use provide blanket wraps for transport, but only after we have meticulously crated and bubble wrapped your items. Keeping your items secure during transport is a top priority. If you are familiar with other shipping companies and would prefer to use them we would gladly accommodate your request. The shipments leave our warehouse professionally packed or crated and are fully insured. Typical timeframe for delivery are anywhere from 10 to 14 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the item and the destination. Castle ships to Canada as well as internationally. Please call to get estimated shipping charges.
My purchase arrived damaged, what should I do?
The first thing you should do is immediately contact Castle Antiques. Taking pictures of the damage is recommended. Castle Antiques will help resolve any issues related to damages during shipping.
What are Castle Antiques payment terms?
Castle accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards and wire transfers. Payment in full is required before items are shipped.

Do you have a catalog?
Currently we do not produce a print catalog. The website is the best resource for our products. We take a great deal of effort to provide the most accurate images so you can see the exact condition of the pieces you may be considering.
Does Castle offer any COM/Upholstery services?
The antiques are sold and shipped as they are shown. Currently we do not offer COM services.
